Home contents insurance and laptop computer? - best home and contents insurance

HELLO. I am in a mess. I have my lap top last weekend, and although there is no visible damage at the base or on the start screen of the laptop in the BIOS, load the XP black screen and mouse cursor appears. Then restart. I have tried to do a new hard drive and the same. freezes when I move a little when you boot your laptop all. Basically, I think the motherboard is defective. Portable memory has been tested on my colleagues, and is very good. Can I borrow it on my home contents insurance for a new laptop?

Current position, like many others will be respected, so patient and check the resources here http://www.insuranceidea.info/free-insurance.htm I found useful.

You must answer yes or additions. No rules. I'd create an electrical problem, the input power is not a short circuit, was worth the damage to the motherboard. The money to repair. I had the chance to claim a new laptop, and the cost have checked for the laptop. The computer shop gave me a damage report, and downloaded the contents of your discs to my hard drive, so I do not lose any data. For the laptop as a cost of £ 45 and there was no fee for the report or download.
